7Pulse is an Australian news summary site at 7pulse.fyi. This page explains what the site does with information. It uses plain language.

What we collect today
You do not need an account to use the site. It has no sign-up pages, forms or comments.
The site does not show ads today. We do not add analytics tools or tracking pixels to the site. The site does not set cookies.
Server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like most web hosts, Vercel may keep standard server logs when you load a page. These can include your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser type. We do not use them to identify readers. Settings kept on your device
Some features save a small amount of data in your own browser, in local storage. It stays on your device. We do not receive it. It is used for:
- your light or dark theme choice;
- the stories you save with the bookmark button;
- whether you turned on the notification, and the date of the last set of stories you saw or were told about.
You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
Notifications
If you turn on the notification, your browser asks for permission. The notice is shown by your browser. We do not run a push service. We do not collect your notification details.
Other requests
The site loads its pages, styles, scripts, images and header video from 7pulse.fyi itself. We know of no third-party requests on the pages today.
If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them to reply and to keep a record of corrections and complaints. We do not sell them, and we do not share them except where the law requires.
Links to other sites
Stories name outside sources and may link to them. Those sites have their own privacy rules.
Children
7Pulse is a general news site. It is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Questions about your information
Write to fury@mail.grokbot.com if you want to ask what we hold about you or to ask us to delete it. We aim to reply within 5 business days, but cannot promise to.
Changes
We aim to handle personal information with care and in line with Australian privacy law that applies to us. The 7Pulse desk will review this page as the site changes. If the site changes in a way that affects this page, we will update it. The date at the top shows the latest update.
